Mood Mellow Yoga means creating a gentle, nurturing space where movement and breath help soften the edges of everyday life—whether you’re navigating sensory sensitivities, chronic discomfort, emotional waves, or simply needing a kinder way to be in your body.
The name blends “mood” (honoring the ebb and flow of feelings, energy, and nervous system states) with “mellow” (evoking calm, ease, softness, and a slower, more compassionate pace). Together, Mood Mellow Yoga stands for yoga that meets you exactly where you are—without pressure, judgment, or rigid expectations—so you can gently shift toward more balance, comfort, and presence, one mindful breath at a time.

How we team up (and have some fun along the way!)
We start with a cozy, no-pressure 20-minute chat where we get to know each other and see if we’re a good match. If we both say “yes, this feels right!”, we'll create a custom yoga plan made just for you (or your child). Then we dive in together: practicing, checking in with high-fives along the way, and adjusting things whenever needed so it always feels good and supportive.
